On the Left Bank since the 17th century, Relais Saint-Germain spent years under the ownership of celebrated chef Yves Camdeborde, whose bistro Le Comptoir occupies the ground floor and whose influence still shapes the place. The 22 rooms are named after literary figures with Paris connections, from Balzac to Marguerite de Navarre.
