In this simple Asian eatery, the chef creates truly excellent Cantonese cuisine using astonishingly high-quality ingredients: free-range poultry, line-caught sea bass... and even blue lobster from the Cotentin Peninsula! Everything on the menu (drawn up on the board and served in the evening only) is tempting, and the dim sum in particular are perfectly made. This is food that is bursting with flavour and freshness, delectable in all its simplicity. At lunchtime, fusion street food.
