Vegetables match the fragrance of the good earth with seafood and meat, combined through Spanish techniques into simple, modern arrangements. As the name ‘Raiz’, Spanish for ‘roots’, suggests, the restaurant expresses its unique character through the deep connections it maintains with food producers.
