Its name derives from chef-owner Manuel de Oliveira, and it is easy to locate in a residential area on the outskirts of Nogueira known as Quinta da Pedra, which also offers pleasant gardens, parking and a terrace. In its elegant premises, or in the private rooms on the upper floor, you are offered a menu of traditional Portuguese cuisine prepared with care and seeking to unveil the secrets of Minho gastronomy.
