This restaurant at the entrance to Hochelaga wins diners over with its contemporary bistro vibe and fresh, well-balanced cuisine that is firmly rooted in the seasons. David Ollu, previously at Bouillon Bilk, composes clean and inspired dishes, such as textures of courgette elevated by an XO sauce, or house-made pappardelle topped with a lemon corn cream with lobster. A dessert featuring strawberries, raspberries and nasturtiums is an elegant conclusion to the meal. A warm welcome, a succinct and carefully selected drinks menu and real culinary personality. The café at the back, Hélico, serves light meals and quality coffees during the day.
