No ordinary dining destination, this tastefully designed little restaurant is housed in the elegant Mount Med Resort. In a section of the building that dates back 850 years, diners are served a surprise menu (classic or vegetarian) in a lovely old vaulted cellar with only four tables. Phillip Schnabel is responsible for the culinary side of things and creates contemporary dishes showcasing select ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. The sauces and stocks are absolutely divine – they are even left on your table, so you can lap up every last drop! Begin your evening with an aperitif in the charming Tenne Lounge.
