Having developed a following with a residency near Borough Market, the team found a permanent home for this restaurant amidst the bright lights of Soho. A typically energetic spot that feels right on-trend with the times, the cooking here is focused largely on Northern Thai barbecue – although dishes from the country’s other regions do feature.
