This hospitality experiment by the celebrated designer Matali Crasset makes its home in the Lubéron, home to many a conventional farmhouse hotel — but knowing the personalities involved, it’s no surprise that Domaine La Ferme HI Bride is anything but conventional. The interiors freely combine rustic details like weathered stone walls with the vivid Seventies colors favored by Ms. Crasset. Eight bedrooms, two studios, and two freestanding houses comprise the accommodations; studios and houses come with kitchens. A fine breakfast is prepared every day from ultra-fresh local ingredients; for lunch and dinner you’ll explore the excellent restaurants in the surrounding villages.
