Two Stars: Excellent cooking
Chef Zambrino, who once worked at Da Vittorio’s flagship kitchen in Brusaporto, is at the helm of this outpost. He cleverly captures the quintessence of Lombard traditions while adding a creative new spin courtesy of local Chinese ingredients. Signature dishes on the à la carte menu include the iconic, multi-textured ‘Egg à la Egg’ with caviar, and ‘Vittorio’ style Paccheri pasta. Their legendary tiramisu ends the meal on a high note.
