This elegant house, located next to the Parador, surprises both gastronomically and aesthetically; no wonder... the decoration is inspired by the Royal Palace of La Granja! Chef Borja Aldea, having trained in great restaurants such as Etxanobe and Disfrutar, proposes a journey to the palatial era through contemporary cuisine, which takes the historical surroundings as a frame of reference and reinterprets the recipe book that existed in the court of King Philip V.
