Need to Know

• The Belvedere Hotel requires a 2-night minimum stay. Longer stays may be required during holiday periods or during the summer season. You may request a shorter stay, with acceptance at the discretion of The Belvedere Hotel.
• Unavoidable delays may occur and there is a possibility your accommodations may not be ready by 4PM (EST). Your patience will be appreciated.
• Check-out is at 11AM (EST) on the day of your departure. This is a firm time. If you require to stay past check-out, please request upon booking. Please note this is special accommodation and is at the sole discretion of The Belvedere Hotel. Early departures will be charged per the original invoice.
• At time of booking, Guests are agreeing to pay up to $1,000 in potential damages with the card on file. Guests assume full financial responsibility for damages due to misuse or negligence and missing items. Prior to check-out, please report any damages that occurred during your stay. Any charges will be discussed before the credit card is charged. As a courtesy and so that the hotel can continue to maintain each room in good condition, if during your stay you find other items are malfunctioning or require repair, the hotel asks that this information be reported so that it can be rectified. The Belvedere Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• The total number of persons allowed in the room at any time is restricted to the stated limit. If it is found that extra guests have stayed in the room, additional charges may be applied. There are to be absolutely no parties or events. Any violators may be asked to leave. In this case, no refunds will be issued. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit and/or balance of payment. Guest will not be permitted to check-in.
• If the Guest would like to use a different card for payment than the card used for the required deposit, please contact the hotel before check in date.
• A fee of $150 will be authorized on your credit card upon check-in for incidentals. This will be used for any minibar items taken, spa use, or any other fees that you incur while staying with us that are not included in your original booking. Any un-used amounts will be released after departure. The hotel does not accept cash or American Express.
• No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
• No pets are allowed. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances, such as service animals, and must be arranged in advance. A pet deposit may apply if approved.
• The Belvedere Hotel is no-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all units. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and marijuana. Any evidence of smoking found in a rental unit will result in a $350 charge to your credit card on file for additional cleaning and deodorizing.
