His unpretentious cuisine is guided by the seasons and stars top-notch produce, such as rack of lamb from the Pyrenees or calf sweetbreads paired with Brittany langoustines. There is nothing superfluous about the dishes, just simply and precisely prepared vegetables, and skilfully made jus. A multi-course tasting menu completes the offering. The elegant minimalist decor sees white tablecloths combined with pale wood flooring and a counter around the kitchen.
