Lucie Berthier Gembara often has a full house at her stylish bistro on the ground floor of this handsome 18C building. From her time working with Gérald Passedat and Alexandre Mazzia, she has retained a clear sense of creativity and a distinct taste for Mediterranean influences. Her small plates are full of surprises; distinctly playful, they go against the grain in a spirit of unapologetic indulgence. The set menu comes in "animal" and "vegetable" versions at lunch and dinner, with a longer format in the evening.
