Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
The owner is a seafood vendor himself, so only the freshest catch makes it to the table. Without bells and whistles, the food is traditional Wenzhou fare that highlights natural flavours. Wild-caught marine fish, steamed and served chilled with salted potherb mustard greens and Puning soybean paste, imparts layers of flavour.
