MICHELIN Guide Ceremony

Today, The MICHELIN Guide released its 2023 selection to Athens, underscoring what Greece's magnificent capital city has to offer for local gourmets and international travelers. From new Stars to Green Stars, Bib Gourmands and newly selected restaurants, everyone will find their perfect culinary match.

Today, Michelin presented this year’s restaurant selection of the MICHELIN Guide Switzerland. Switzerland celebrates local gastronomy with 138 starred restaurants and 33 MICHELIN Green Stars.

Prior to the award ceremony of the MICHELIN Guide Switzerland 2023, Michelin is pleased to present the restaurants that are the newest recipients of the Bib Gourmand. On 2 October, the new MICHELIN stars, Green Stars and Special Awards will be handed out at the EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne.

Michelin revealed, at the Atlantis The Royal hotel, its new selection of restaurants in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2023. A total of 90 restaurants, covering 23 different types of cuisine, have caught the attention of the famously anonymous Michelin Inspectors.

Following its eagerly awaited opening last year, Jan Hartwig’s new restaurant JAN in Munich has been awarded three MICHELIN stars, catapulting it into the stratosphere of top restaurants in record time.

Today Michelin revealed the new restaurant selection of the MICHELIN Guide Germany. With a new 3-Star restaurant in Munich, German gastronomy shines brighter than ever. The festive event with the presentation of the stars took place this year in the Konzerthaus in Karlsruhe.
