Housed in the exclusive Park Hotel Vitznau, which dates back to 1903, this summer-only restaurant whisks you away on a culinary voyage. Japanese fusion cuisine is the name of the game here. There is an omakase menu (for two or more diners) and an à la carte selection including sushi, sashimi, Wagyu dishes and ramen. The vibe is casually elegant.
