Today, Michelin revealed the new restaurant selection for The MICHELIN Guide Germany at a launch event held in Hamburg. With a record 340 Stars recommended this year, German gastronomy now shines brighter than ever.

On the eve of the Olympic Games, the Parisian food scene is flexing its muscles, from legendary restaurants making a comeback to a Japanese tea ceremony and 50 shades of bistronomy.

This year's selection features 2 new Three Stars, 8 new Two Stars and a new generation of chefs earning their first Star before the age of 40

With Antiqvvm in Porto, Portugal adds a new Two Michelin Star restaurant, bringing the total to 8 establishments. 4 new restaurants have been awarded One Michelin Star, bringing making 31 One Stars in total. Finally, 2 new restaurants have been recognised with a Michelin Green Star and 8 have been awarded a Bib Gourmand.
