Inspiration comes from the sunny flavors of Southern Italy in this easygoing Old Town favorite that cooks with a calm, confident style. The classics are accounted for with airy chickpea fritters, golden-fried arancini and pasta with sardines. Beyond Sicily, find an indulgent orecchiette with sausage and rapini, as well as a rich ragu made with dry-aged beef. Scrupulously fresh seafood is a highlight, whether it be a tuna carpaccio with celery and capers, or tender grilled octopus with marinated artichoke.
