South Korea never stands still — and neither does this year’s MICHELIN Guide Seoul & Busan, which marks its 10th anniversary with 10 newly awarded Stars. This year’s selection also sets a record for the most new and promoted MICHELIN-Starred restaurants since the Guide’s debut in Korea in 2017.
