Enthusiasm, passion, youth... the couple at the helm (with Salvador in charge of savoury and Aroa in charge of sweet) champion an innovative take on traditional cuisine in the centre of Lleida, which is reflected in both the à la carte and set menus: Degustación Aroa (lunchtime only, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) and Degustación Salvador. Recommendations? Always keep an eye out for their off-menu dishes and don't miss the Lleida snails stewed with slow-cooked tomato and onion, as they have an exquisite flavour.
