A restaurant with a relaxed, informal feel and an industrial-style decor in Seville’s historic quarter, where sections on the menu entitled The Preliminaries, Sharing is Living, Carnal Temptations, and From the Cantabrian Sea to the Mediterranean set the scene for what is to come. The restaurant describes itself as committed to “irreverent cuisine” in which fusion influences and Andalucian and Basque flavours all play their part.
