You are well and truly in the Art nouveau district of Zurenborg, even if this fish bistro would be quite at home in a seaside resort. The produce is outstandingly fresh, embodied by seafood platters overflowing in briny odours, delicately flavoured langoustines, cooked to perfection on a teppanyaki or sautéed fillets of seabass garnished with a gutsy olive oil sauce… In their open-plan kitchen, the chefs demonstrate that such delicacies have no need of prissy details, courtesy of spot-on cooking and ultra fresh side dishes.
