Dorfstuba is the name of the restaurant at the design-led boutique hotel Dorfhus Gupf, which stands out right in the centre of the village with its striking appearance. Service is provided by a friendly and attentive team, and the charming setting has a modern, Alpine feel. A particular focal point is the open kitchen with its prominent asado grill, on which whole fish and special cuts of meat are prepared. However, the Wiener schnitzel, braised beef cheeks or fish curry are also well worth trying. Sommelier Johannes Fitz is on hand to recommend the perfect wine from the fantastic list, which comprises around 1 500 international labels, including over 500 large formats. The Magnothek houses around 16 000 bottles, with fine wines available to take home; the on-site shop, Lädeli, stocks gourmet food items.
