At the Col de la Faucille, between the Geneva Basin and Haut-Jura, this place is an institution in the region and boasts a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva from its contemporary interior. The pleasant modern cuisine has one eye on tradition and stars premium ingredients: veal sweetbreads blanquette style; turbot à la grenobloise; hazelnut and lemon soufflé. The menu is more affordable at Le Panorama, the sibling restaurant.
