Spanning Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore and Bangkok, Ginza Sushi Ichi imports ingredients from Tokyo’s markets. This Bangkok branch uses two types of sushi rice to complement different seafood, following the same rice-vinegar formula as the flagship. The quintessentially Japanese decor with neutral pine walls hosts a genial atmosphere. Ten seats circle the marble counter for an omakase experience focusing on nigiri. Private rooms are available and, of course, there’s a good range of sake.
