Opened in 2023, this restaurant occupies an old commercial building with a green façade and wooden door, beyond which lies a tranquil, vintage-style dining room. The chef handles Southern Thai heat without compromise, blending Southern Thai, Chinese and Muslim influences with modern techniques and polished plating. Try the sour orange curry with fish – intense and herb-packed, with sharp acidity balanced by lotus root, bamboo shoots and stink beans.
