In the evening, the "Kleines Menü" comprises 12 dishes in five courses and a "Grosses Menü" made up of 15 dishes organised into seven courses – ideal for sharing! Superb dishes such as the "beetroot variation with red cabbage and miso" or "pulled mushroom, spring onions and sweet potato" ensure that even non-vegetarians won't miss meat or fish. At lunchtime, the restaurant serves a condensed version of the evening menu, dubbed "Dinner for Lunch", alongside the shorter, more affordable "Gourmet Zmittag" and the quick-service "Mittagstisch". The wine list highlights natural, organic and low-intervention picks, and the house-made alcohol-free pairing is highly recommended as an alternative. The setting is inviting: historical elements such as high ceilings and traditional wood panelling have been beautifully combined with modern interior details.
