This trendy, modern restaurant is perfectly summed up by its slogan of "French sophistication with a Franconian soul". The ambitious food, made with top-notch ingredients, is bold and expressive. The appealing menu includes a small à la carte selection (featuring dishes such as "Grass-fed beef tartare, crisps, wheat beer foam, mustard seeds, quail's egg, radishes"), a selection of dry-aged beef, and a weekly menu with dishes available individually or in a set menu format. It is no coincidence that they go by the name "Weinforum": on the premises, there is also an integrated wine shop with a good 120 wines from Main-Franconia and France available to buy and taste.
