This restaurant in a fabulous countryside location boasts a delightful garden and terrace. Inside, the decor is a winning blend of tradition and modernity. The Meier family also runs the gorgeous HILZHOF, a hotel with chic guestrooms, and the compact fine dining restaurant HIO. At MEIER, the really delicious cuisine perfectly reflects a house motto that translates as "the field cooks". They make use of organic produce sourced from the region or even from their own vegetable field or herb garden. Charming front-of-house team.
