Restaurant HEIMAT, Auerhahn Stuben, Bayern Stuben and Tiroler Stuben – the elegant hotel of the same name, which also has a spa, offers diners a variety of restaurant option, all of which are elegant and inviting. The terrace, in particular, with its panoramic mountain view is quite an event – it's a great place to soak up the idyllic surroundings! The cuisine is seasonal and regional; the majority of the ingredients come from within an 80km radius. The menu also features classics such as Wiener schnitzel or chateaubriand for two.
"The principle of "farm to table" is more important to me than anything else, hence my philosophy and the credo of the house "80% of all produce from a maximum of 80km away". To achieve that, we rely on home-grown produce and hand-picked producers that fit the ecological fingerprint of our establishment."
