oma & enkel ("grandma & grandchild") is the culinary concept at this bistro in the long-established Posthotel. The name symbolises a bridging of the gap between the generations, from the traditional to the modern. Recipes of yesteryear are brought up to date and classics of Franconian cuisine are given a contemporary twist. In a pleasingly laid-back atmosphere, choose between "Franconian tapas", the "Signature Menu" or the "Duck Menu". Don't miss out on the Franconian bouillabaisse or the apricot dumplings.
