This restaurant in the Atlantic Grand Hotel has a tastefully sleek interior, with dark wood panelling, large modern fixtures, as well as designer upholstered chairs in red and brown. The conservatory extension is also a lovely spot, as is the courtyard garden in fine weather – an Alpine-style hut is erected here every winter. The menu features classic dishes with a modern twist, plus classics such as schnitzel. Incidentally, the crockery is custom-made in Bremen. The location in the old town is ideal, with all the main attractions – the Weser River, Schnoor, Rathaus, Kunsthalle – just a short walk away.
