Behind the restaurant's name, which could be translated as ‘master swordsman’, you'll find an extensive à la carte menu and two tasting menus: Kensei, which includes an ever-changing selection of nigiri, and Del Chef, which offers an interesting journey through chef Víctor Planas’s best creations, always based on the finest seasonal produce.
