At Don Fadrique, there’s a commonsense approach to the cuisine that makes its way from the kitchen to the table. This is showcased on an à la carte (including half portions), with an updated take on traditional cooking and a focus on the seasons, and two tasting menus: “Sabor de la Memoria”, with its homage to tradition and top-quality ingredients (including grilled fish and meat), and Instinto, a more personal and modern option which gives free rein to the chef’s creativity (prior booking required). The chef also presents and serves many of the dishes himself.
