This restaurant just a few steps from the Retiro park reflects the culinary passion of chef David Marcano, who trained alongside the San Sebastián-born maestro Juan Mari Arzak. In this contemporary space, enjoy innovative and contemporary dishes showcasing Basque touches, an international influence, plus a continual quest for flavour. The à la carte, complemented by a special lunchtime menu, includes several dishes for sharing (we particularly liked the spicy tuna tartare Mexican taco) and the option of ordering many of the dishes as half-plates. The chef can often be seen in the dining room talking with guests to personally check that everything is to their liking!
