This modern villa with a beautiful courtyard and an opulent dining room is home to an upmarket eatery helmed by Vietnamese chef La Thua An. Brought up in France, he opened The Temptation in 2019, wowing diners with ingenious creations, layers of flavours and often whimsical plating. His signature dessert The Sweet Egg Nest of Han River, for instance, features numerous ingredients encased in a spun-sugar egg-shaped shell in a bamboo cage.
