This restaurant’s narrow ground-floor entrance belies the glitzy, capacious dining room you’re greeted with two floors up. For wonderful waterfront views, you can also try to secure a table on the enviable terrace. The Nikkei cuisine, curated by international chef Akira Back, is a worthy match for the glamorous surroundings; the ‘prawn cigar’ will raise a smile, while the classic sea bass ceviche should always be ordered.
