The owner-chef offers guests a varied à la carte on which traditional recipes stand alongside more modern dishes with hints of fusion, a few seafood options, plus plenty of grilled specialities cooked over a wood fire. This is complemented by an 8-course tasting menu that needs to be ordered ahead of time.
