The owner of Dorian is behind this compact sushi bar where the Swiss pine interiors could convince you that you’re dining in a ski chalet rather than in the heart of Notting Hill. Sit at one of two six-person counters – one facing the kitchen, the other by the window – and enjoy some miso soup while you choose the sushi priced by piece or simply opt for the chef’s nigiri selection. The quality of the seafood is the heart of the operation, including tuna imported from Spain. The wine list is the same as Dorian’s and the sky’s the limit when it comes to luxury bottles.
