Bloom is an apt name for a restaurant whose Mexican chef, Christian Ventura, crafts vegetarian sushi! Breaded crispy rice, delicately dressed in vinegar with finely diced shiitake, oyster mushroom and avocado, futomaki and pesto sauce or vegetable gyoza in a kimchi sauce.
