Tomy Gousset (Tomy & Co, near Les Invalides) runs this restaurant that sets out to take diners on a culinary journey: the food tours the entire Mediterranean basin from Greece to Portugal via Italy and Lebanon (but also Latin America). Examples of the Colombian born chef’s handiwork include an aguachile of seabream and shrimp, pink grapefruit, cucumber and coriander. The octopus-themed artwork on the walls is by street artist Kraken. Soul-warming recipes, spot-on flavours, fantastically fresh ingredients – a felicitous feast awaits you!
