At this charming hotel restaurant in the Latin Quarter, creative comfort food is served in a haven of calm with pale wood-panelled walls, midnight-blue velvet banquettes, brass-rimmed tables and large bay windows looking out onto a tree-lined terrace. A young chef is making waves in the industry with instinctive, cosmopolitan and delightful cuisine (sea bass sashimi, leche de tigre; pad thai; breaded aubergine milanese, arrabiata sauce). The same high standards apply to the desserts, which are well made and light. The lunch menu is a real bargain.
