Emektar Kebap is defined by honest, traditional cooking. From iskembe (a rich beef tripe soup) to lahmacun (Turkish pizza) baked in the oven with minced meat and tomato, and succulent spit-roasted lamb served with yoghurt and aubergine, this is the kind of authenticity that keeps foodies returning for more.
