Here, the magic starts with the lakeside setting: right by Wörthersee, the magnificent terrace affords gorgeous sunsets on balmy summer evenings. The interior has an upscale feel, with modern and elegant decor incorporating light, warm tones. In the kitchen, chef-patron Hubert Wallner draws inspiration from the Alpine region and gives his creativity free rein, exemplified in his "Germknödel 2.0" – a delicate yet bold foie gras terrine crowned with an aromatic yeast espuma and served with a scoop of Reindling ice cream. There are two set menus comprising five to nine "Stationen" – individual dishes can also be ordered à la carte. Alternatively, you can choose from a selection of classics. The service is exceptionally polished and personable, with sommelier Christoph Janger offering expert guidance through the outstanding 3 000-label wine list – perfectly attuned wine pairings are guaranteed.
