Time drifts past at this tranquil Isan restaurant, where diners eat in private bamboo pavilions dotting a large rice field. There are no tables—meals are served on woven mats on the floor, local style. And the food, which comes in both shareable set menus and à la carte dishes, is just as authentic as the setting. Made from quality, fresh ingredients, simple dishes like the grilled snakehead fish set and the local crab soup with veggies, are highly recommended.
