Lisa’s old family home has lost none of its welcoming allure. Today it is a magnificent restaurant, where Lisa has curated an excellent, mainly German, wine list. Chef Mirko concocts elegant dishes whose distinctive flavours are revved up with a bold individual touch, all of which founded on modern techniques. Examples include a subtly sweet carpaccio of strawberries paired with a bergamot granita and a yoghurt ice cream. The menu keeps pace with the seasons with a view to using the best of the moment, but you can always be certain to taste a festival of flavour.
