Here, he serves contemporary cuisine, often influenced by local traditions and showcased on tasting menus from which individual dishes can be ordered à la carte style. In summer, there’s an attractive outdoor space practically on the banks of the Argentina river, which gives its name to the valley in which this village is situated.
