In the heart of Porto San Giorgio's picturesque old town, among the exposed brick houses, is a room of minimalist elegance with just a few tables. Customers' eyes, when they are not enchanted by the dishes, are enraptured by the open kitchen, where the crew, led by Richard Abou Zaki, creates extraordinary dishes, characterised by the hint of acidity that has become a hallmark of contemporary cuisine. Despite his young age, Richard boasts a brilliant resume; his cooking, while showing some traces of his Modenese past, is mostly fuelled by an inventiveness that stirs deep emotions. The wine selection is excellent, always evolving and expanding, capable of satisfying every need, also in terms of serving. The selection of cocktails, spirits and liqueurs is also notable.
