Mezegi boasts an alluring location in Göcek marina, overlooking the yachts and with the contours of the surrounding mountains visible in the distance. This chic Mediterranean restaurant welcomes diners from morning until evening and serves an array of tempting dishes. Expect colourful, aromatic creations ranging from both classic and more original mezze to traditional specialities such as hünkâr beğendi and fodula. A house favourite features squid and vegetables such as courgette and pepper tempura – crisp on the outside, tender within – accompanied by a subtle garlic-based sauce. This is an ideal spot for relaxed dining, and the value for money is excellent.
