This Ardennes hostelry on the banks of a pond and surrounded by forest is Instagram perfect. The huge picture windows and terrace command an idyllic view over the magical location, which is further enhanced by a smart, trendy interior. Chef Borg Da Silva rolls out his mastery of classical French cuisine, as the cavalcade of polished dishes flanked with big-boned gravies illustrates.
